The CSAM Course is designed for those individuals with minimal to no experience in the field of Software Asset Management. It is essential learning for beginning IT Asset Managers and other IT professionals involved in asset management, resource budgeting, finance, software licensing, contract management and strategic planning.
Non New Zealand residents must apply the Promotional Code " NONNZRES " to remove the Goods and Services Tax from the course fee during the registration process. GST applies only to New Zealand residents

There are no formal prerequisites for this course, however it is recommended the Foundation Course be considered as it provides a good grounding of the 12 KPA's and the ITAM program, which will be beneficial when coupled with the CSAM course.
The Foundation Course is the entry level course offered to educate the student on the basics of ITAM in the workplace. It provides an excellent base for other courses such as as CHAMP and CSAM. On conclusion is an examination allowing the Student to qualify as a Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP ).
